Is possibile to upgrade the CSW v2 to CSW v2.5 ?

If yes, someone can describe the procedure and cost for it ?

    Hi Alessio,

    This is only offered in some situations when a customer has sent in their faulty CS WB V2 (that was bought directly from us) for repair. It is not always possible - it depends on the type of repair required and the availability of parts.

    Unfortunately it's not something that can be requested as an upgrade.
