CSW V2 - FFB motor gone?

Hi, this afternoon, after 5 years of honoured service, my wheel has decided to die. I did this video because at the beginning I thought about a drive belt tensioning issue, but later I realized that the problem is the electric motor with basically 0 Nm torque. Link to the video:

    Hi Daniele,

    Just wondering if you got this resolved with Fanatec support. My wheel is having the same problem. Contacted Fanatec and have been told to send it off somewhere to get a quote to repair. Before I do that, I was hoping you would be able to share what the problem was with your wheel?
