DD1 Serial Number not recogniced by suppot system

I want to make a question about my product on support site and it ask me for the DD1 SN but when i insert it its says not correct and cant continue. (im puttin the correct number)

Any help? thanks

    Your serial number is beginning with OR followed by 8 numbers?

    Yes and im stuck in a ridiculus conversation because they ask me to subimit a ticket from there....

    Can anyone at fanatec look at my account? the order where i bought it was 992592 at fanatec website.

    I don't understand why our purchases from the store are not automatically added to "my products".
