Cancelling a cancellation request

Hi everyone, I ordered a Fanatec F1 2020 rim back in May and am super excited for it but I after doing some research I wanted to upgrade my pedals from the CSL Elites to the V3s but knew I wouldn’t be able to without cancelling my previous order. I did that and saw that the F1 2020 rim was unavailable when I clicked on it so I emailed the sales department, explained what happened and if there was anything I could do. I know everyone there is super busy and that it’s the weekend so I won’t get an answer this weekend but I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation happen to them before and what they did to fix it.
