It Is still in process and tagged as pre-order on my order history (???).
No answer from sale support...

Let me Say that at least a warning email to all the account with an open order Would have avoided some dissatisfaction.
I understand the website change commitment , but communication today is everything, Specially when custumers are involved 😉
