PC wont recognise base

Ive a CSL wheel base and V2 formula wheel. My PC dosent recognise its there and when I hold the power button no it flashes red and blue and wont turn off or do anything. Was working ok and only 6 weeks old.

Can any one shed any light on the matter.

Any help would be appretiated
