What exactly is your problem..?
Do you mean the known freeze issues where the whole base freezes and nothing is working anymore? Then yes, that's known already for half a year.
Yes and shift up and down, remains fixed and so I have to switch off the base. And restart the base.
Yes, but I have never experienced this, I use fanatec wheel from 2013 and never had problems with fanatec software

Yes, use driver 346 for now or try new test firmwares which Marcel posted in the driver 365 thread on page 20
