Hello, i do not have the F1 2020 steam Key yet.. is this a problem on my end or does it take a bit longer? as i do see other people have gotten it already
I remember cancelling the order back then because i had my payment method wrong and had to wait for the order to be fully cancelled because in a new order i couldnt select the F1 2020, waited for it to be cancelled and i couldve sworn i did select the F1 2020..

Probably need to get in touch with sales support then. Include reference to you receipt showing the $1 charge for the game.

According to the sales team, you cancelled your original order with the game key and placed a new one without a key.
