Usually the cancellation is processed the next working day and takes about 2-3 days to get credited back on your card. (this is from info other memebers provided in this forum)
Moreover it would be helpful for any Fantec staff in here, to sign in with your name which is going to make it easier for them to trace the request or if any email has been exchanged.

Alexandros is correct, that is the normal time scale, but occasionally it can be slightly longer.
The name is not that important however, we can still trace the account :)
