CSL Elite P1 Display Led not working properly

I had a csl elite racing wheel-officially licensed for PS4.
I using this wheel with a pc, windows 10 x64.
The problem is that the led on the wheel P1 is not fully functional, seems to be broken the led inside because is not illuminated on all stripes.
Already installed and uninstalled drivers/motor firmware versions( 328, 311, 347 version) , also reinstalled windows

Have you tested via the driver window to see if all is working ok? If so and it still is not functioning correctly, I would suggest reaching out to the support team.

My wheel is working well now. Two days ago powered the wheel without to power on the computer and I saw the rev lights normally illustrated. Miracle it happen 😁.
For now everything is fine.
