Need replacement elastomer

Three of the elastomer rings on my CSL Elite load cell brake pedal have shredded. I replaced them with some of the extras that came with the pedals originally but I’d like to buy another replacement set. However, I can’t see any for sale on the Fanatec online store and there is no contact number to call and ask. I submitted an inquiry on their contact forms but it looks like they may take a week or two to get back in touch. Does anyone know how/where to get replacement/substitute elastomer rings?
