CSW 2.5 Funky Switch.. "Up = A" mismapping

Every button works correctly, except for "up" on the Funky switch. It seems to be mapped to "A" for Xbox one.
I havent seen a way to map it, but hope I am missing something. Any advice would be appreciated!

I have the same issue. I am really shocked at the lack of support. I have left voice messages and requested contact via your website for over two weeks and all I get is the same lame excuse saying you will contact me but no one ever does.
Amazing. These switches fail entirely too quickly, as do the buttons. Considering the HEFTY price tag for the Universal hubs, they should send you a dozen backups with every order.
