how secure is canceling an order?

Was thinking about canceling my order because none of my emails have been replied to and just saw the ClubSport wheel base V2.5 preorder availability date get pushed back another month.

what have everyone's experiences been with getting refunds and everything?? and is it worth canceling or will it just create more problems ?

    If you want to wait until the item is eventually in stock, don't cancel. If you don't want to wait then cancel. You will get your refund in a week or so.

    I cancelled my order, because one of the items was in stock, the other had a long backorder. The refund happened within 24 hours (paypal)

    I've been waiting 3 weeks for a refund - nothing so far and no communication
