CSL Elite Wheel Base - turns off

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels)

eMy wheelbase turns off after about a second - the LEDs light up briefly and the wheel twitches, then the wheelbase is off.

It doesn't change whether I switch on the base without a USB cable or wheel/pedals.

I also tried the power cable on a different socket.

I have already written to support (37969) but have not yet received an answer.
