CSW 2.5: No fans on startup?

I just read in the manual that the fans are supposed to come on at startup while it does calibration.

My unit has never had this happen. Is this bad?

The fans do come on in normal use tho, & are pretty loud after about 10-15 mins, then they cycle back down after stopping.

Ive tried 3 different drivers, v365, v347 & v328. Currently on v347. There is no difference in how they affect the fans.
