Clubsport f1 esport - can't change settings

Hey guys! I have a small problem with my Clubsport f1 esport 2020. Whenever I try to change settings on the wheel, the buttons have a lot of ghost clicking. I think the best way to show it is by showing a video, otherwise it's hard to describe it with words:

The wheel is just 2 months old, what could the problem be?
