Terrible grinding sound wheel base CSL elite!

Hi guys,

purchased the CSL Elite F1 set 3 months ago.


t works perfectly, until this weekend we don't get any more feedback and there is a terrible grinding noise from the wheelbase. can anyone tell me what's going on, have already created a support ticket but don't get a response yet.

    Hi Ivo,

    I deleted your other thread as it seemed to be a duplicate.

    I can see your support ticket on the system. The ZIP file you added here doesn't seem to work, but the video you provided to support is working. It appears to be a hardware issue. I'm sure the support team will resolve this as soon as possible.

    Hello I received my csl elite today with bmw rim and I have exactly the same scary noise with or without wheel. I tried to open a ticket but when I join the files I can’t press ok to send it.
