DOA from CSL Elite F1 set

Hello,

Today I received the CSL Elite F1 set. However the power supply of the wheelbase does not work. This product came just out of the box, the power supply gives a coil whining noise when inserting the power cord. When I turn on my Wheelbase the red light goes on for 1 sec and immediately off again. The blue light also turns off after a second on the power supply unit. How do i start the DOA process?
