v3 inverted pedals brake only works 5%

hey had a issue for a bit trying to get my brake to work i push it in as hard as i can and i only get it to slow a little ive tried to set min/max levels and in game gamma, percentages,deadzones ect

when i press the brake on the in game settings its seems normal and also on the fanatec wheel settings page

im running pc driver version 365 firmware 1.30

    note im ussing dd1 inverted conected via usb to pc with dd1 base and universal hub
