Shipping process

Hi,I really have a concern about my order, but I don't think I'm the only one. I ordered a PS4 DD1 on June 29th, got my follow up email on July 7th. But since then, it's always the same '' pre-shipment '' status. 1 month.
$ 2,500 CAN of my money that I spend for nothing. It really causes me anxiety, then I don't know what's going on and no one answers us at fanatec. It would have been easier to order from a retailer but it was not in stock. and it's impossible to cancel. The worst part is that I pay more than if I ordered it from the retailer. it's absurd.
a friend of mine, to order 2 weeks after me, and it's already on the way. I really don't understand why, it's always Miranda without having moved from there.
