Wheel stopped working 8. code on the wheel

Hello i was playing ETS2 with my wheel i have Fanatec CSW 2.5 with drivers 365 WB FW 664.

i was just driving then it turns off and switchs to xbox mode, then i could not use the wheel, as it comes up with a code 8. tried serching for help but not found any

also the wheel base power led is rotating round and dosent stop

if i try to update the motor it closes the properties page and when i try t ogo back on them it freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinsatalled older and newer drivers

took the wheel off and tightened up any screws or connections and nothing has helped.
