how long dose it take normally for them to reply to emails i sent 2 or 3 off about my order thats is in progress but all the parts and that are ready for shipping i got my first order but not my second and just wanna know why thanks

It can take "up to" a week or more depending on the amount of incoming requests, which there have been quite a few. They will respond.
Sending three emails about one query won't help the situation either. Why not send one email?
