10% Poor Service Discounts

Has anyone received the promised 10% discount which was to be received on or before August 1, 2020 due to previous poor service?

Obviously they have not solved their issues yet and can no longer blame Covid-19 for their poor customer service.

  • Where/when and by whom was this information posted? I purchased on July 2 based on a stated availability date of 24 July. Now its been rolled back by 8 weeks after that date with no explanation. Does this discount apply to me?

  • I had received an email back in around July that apologized for the delays caused by COVID. It also included a promise for a discount code once my order shipped. I have not received a discount to date either.
