Unable to update motor firmware.

After having a hard time installing the V347 beta and finally getting it to work I am unable to update the motor firmware. I am currently on V18 but when in the old settings menu if i press the button to update it crashes then the control panel crashes. Any ideas and solutions are appreciated...Thanks

    v347 is a beta driver so could have issues, I'd go with an earlier version like v336 and try again.

    Tried the official drivers still didn’t work, on my separate laptop it shows it’s motor v0

    I had to RMA mine for the same issue. Nothing I tried would work.
