Fanatec Elite LC Pedals no longer recognised post driver update.

So, I downloaded the driver software from here: https://fanatec.com/eu-en/pedals/csl-elite-pedals (Fanatec 64bit v311)
I ran the install. Afterwards, the pedals were no longer being recognized by my PC. Thought it might have been a botched install so I uninstalled, restarted then installed again and restarted. (I did this procedure a couple of times in fact!). Still no joy.
I've also tried the pedals on a second Windows PC. It's not recognizing the pedals either.
Has anyone encountered this before? If so, how did you fix it?

Are the pedals connected directly to the PC or via the wheelbase? Could you try installing the latest driver here and see if it helps.

Same problem here. Installed the Driver V352 (now 356) and now the V3 pedals dont register. directly connected to my DD1 base. Any help?
Fanatec sent me a replacement PCB. This resolved the issue.
Give tech support a call - they were very helpful for me.
