Shifter paddle won't click & won't be recognized as an input on my CS Universal Hub for Xbox

So after two uses that were about 30 minutes each, the left shifter paddle on my CS Universal Hub for Xbox has stopped working. The paddle moves like normal but it won't make the click noise that signifies the shift being made. It wont register at all as a recognized input from the Xbox. The right shifter paddle works just fine though.

I am hoping there is an easy fix for this as this was my second time using my Fanatec equipment. Does anyone know how to rectify this problem?
