Fanatic Shifter not recognized by CS Wheelbase.

I’ve tried calibrating several times and when I go into game play and set to manual, the game does not recognize any of the shifts I’m making. I’m not sure if this is defected but it just doesn’t work at all. Is there any troubleshooting for this or should I try to send it back?
Mim playing solely on Xbox One and I’m getting really frustrated this isn’t even working. Can someone please help?

Same here. Mine doesnt work at all. It did a couple days ago. Just stopped working.
