How does one actually get support from Fanatec? I have a DD2 that failed recently and I can't even open a support case. I bought the wheel based 2nd hand and have the original information. I can't add it to my products because you can only select a DD1, not a DD2.
I added the DD1 just hoping to contact the company. When I go to "support" there is no submit button. There is only a "New Support Request" button that clears the form. The DD2 was fantastic to the point that I bought another wheel for it. I just don't understand. This is a $1,500 device manufactured by a leader in Sim Racing. The wheel base has a 5 year warranty and I can't even figure out how to submit a warranty service request. Is this really a company or a scam? This is unbelievable.
