ClubSport Quick Release Adapter Compatibility

I'm looking into getting a different wheel for my CSL elite wheel base. The quick release adapter :https://fanatec.com/us-en/accessories/steering-wheel-accessories/clubsport-quick-release-adapter-black
seems like the cheapest option aside from the universal hub or podium hub, with the biggest drawback being that there would be no buttons. It's to my understanding that all of their clubsport wheels and what not should be compatible with the adapter, but does anyone know the dimensions of the adapter hole pattern and if/what other aftermarket wheels not from fanatec would be compatible with it?
I'm especially looking for deepdish wheels

The Adapter does NOT have any electronics, it's ONLY compatible with the McLaren and the new WRC wheel. To enable FFB you need electronics and those are only available in the Universal or Podium Hub.
Well that would definitely pose an issue! I didn't realize the ffb was directly connected to the electronics inside the steering wheel. So my only options would be to get the universal hub or podium hub. Thank you for answering my ignorant question!
