Clarification needed with cancelling an order.

Cancelled an order 5-10mins after i made a purchase as i saw that PayPal had given me a very odd exchange rate. I wish to order again, straight through card but not until i know for sure that my original order has been cancelled/refunded.

I cancelled the order through my account & it has a 'clarification needed' note, so i'm unsure as to if/when it will be cancelled?

Unfortunately i made the purchase on a Friday night, so not exactly the best timing. Would just like to make sure it's cancelled before it goes too far & so that i can order again come Monday.

  • I guess you'll have to wait until tomorrow. Fanatec's sales team will get in touch with you asap. I once cancelled an order right after purchase and all went without a problem 🙂
