The torque of DD2 is abnormal.

Hello.

Unlike the numbers displayed on the graph, the user's power is 3/1 level.

I've figured out that there is definitely a problem when compared to the DD base of acquaintances I know.

I tried the program reinstallation and hardware firmware several times, but the problem is not resolved.

Conclusion: The output torque is weak.<torque key installation check>

This could be due to a few reasons. Are you using a a steering wheel with a Simplified quick release (which would force the DD into Low Torque mode) or the Hi Torque has not been enabled on start up. Also could be wheel/game settings. Have you copied the same settings for both to compare?

  • There are no problems with the settings. (Fanatec Recommended Setting)

Are there any quick releases that convert to low-torque mode?

Only the Simplified QR found on CSL steering wheels will force the base into Low Torque mode (even with the Torque Key connected). If your DD2 OLED display is showing 'Hi Trq.' and you think that it is not delivering the appropriate strength, then please create a support ticket through your Fanatec account and our team will assist you with troubleshooting.
