Porsche podium rim leather "sticky"

Hello,

Recently I got the porsche podium wheel kit. I am very pleased, by it's look and functionality, but I have a problem with the rim leather.

After playing for 15-20 minutes the leather and my hands become very sticky. Probably because my hands are getting sweaty. I intentionally bought the leather version, because I dont want to use gloves.

I wash my hands every time before I drive. But that does not seems to help with the stickiness.

Before the leather porsche rim I had been using bmw alcantara rim and did not had such issue.

So, is it something I can do in order to cure this stickiness?
