JUST LIKE IN TITLE - I FOUND A BROKEN WIRE AND I NEED TO GET INTO THAT CONNECTOR SITTING INSIDE THE WHEEL BASE SHAFT
ANYBODY KNOWS WHATS THE MAGIC TRICK BEHIND GETTING ONE OUT OF THE SHAFT FOR SOME DIY

Have you tried contacting support especially if it is still under warranty?
No the wheel is almost four years old

thanks for the many replies. Unfortunately we don't have this cable separately. We need to check if we can remove it from another steering wheel which we would charge you also for the service.
I guess in your case the best solution would be a service RMA which would cost 63,- per hour plus spare parts and shipping.
Because of the amount of different spare parts you need and the damage to the product we can't offer you many options than a service RMA.
Please let me know your decision.

I HAVE A FILM THAT I RECORDED WHILE TAKING APART THE SHAFT FEMALE CONNECTOR SHOWING A GLUE THAT CAUSED CABLE TO BRAKE JUST ON THE EDGE OF THAT GLUE
THAT WAS THE ONLY CABLE PATCHED WITH GLUE - LIKE A PIECE OF GLUE WAS PUT THERE BY COINCIDENCE
ALSO THE RIM RIBBON CABLE- THE ONE THAT POWERS FEMALE SOCKET WAS SUPER FLIMSY SOLDERED - VERY SHABBY WORK IN TERMS OF SOLDERING AND USING GLUE

LOOK AT THE GLUE ON 3RD PARTY AND I BET SOLDERING IS TIP TOP AND THEN OPEN THE ORIGINAL

ALSO 63 EURO PER HOUR TO REMOVE OTHER CABLES FROM BASE
D-PAD RIBBON HAD FAULTY PATHS WHEN TAKEN APART - LIKE MADE FOR INSTALALTION AND MAYBE 2 or 3 REMOVALS - AFTER THAT THE PATHS START COMING OFF THE PLASTIC STRIP - LOW QUALITY - SHOULD HAVE USED PITCH00000.1 MICRO METER
