I have always had the doubt, that when I turn it it turns to the right one turn, my question is the internal connection of the cable with the wheel connector, if it always turns one turn there will come a time when said cable will be strangled ... no?

No, there is a wireless connection at the back of the base, so the wires are not twisted, they rotate together with the steering wheel shaft
