Website contact forms does not work

Hi,

I needed to contact the technical support and I tried on the website by following the process.

Unfortunatly, when I clicked on the submit button to send the form, it detected the two text boxes as empty while they were correctly filled. I tried multiple times without succes.

So I tried the miscellaneous contact form and the same error happened on the comment text box.

In the end I send an email hoping that it will be read.

    Hi - had a similar issue trying to return an item where the link didn't work.

    Try remove special characters or another browser. Had the same issue a couple of days ago and removed ” and ’ for instance. But no answer from support anyway...
