Fanatec Affiliate Program application form bugged?

When I fill out the form at https://fanatec.com/eu-en/forms/index/id/23 I get the error "Please fill out all fields that are marked red".
None of the fields are outlined red, but I notice that the second "Zip code / Location" field is empty, even tho I filled it out. Same thing keeps happening regardless of what I do.
I have tried different browsers, but to no avail.
Since I can't find anything about it in the forums I assume its a new issue. Who can help me?
