Missing tracking email

Hi I ordered a DD1 on the 07/04/2020 it has now been over a week and still haven't received an email with the tracking for my order and I am getting a little worried that my order has gone missing and the money has been taken from my bank account hence why I'm worried.. Please fanatec can you send me an email with my tracking number. My order number is ———

Have you sent an email to the sales team? Keep in mind this past weekend was a long holiday weekend.
Yeah I sent one the same time I posted this post in my experience posting on the forum you get a faster response :)

Not yet lol fingers crossed for an email from fanatec tomorrow :)
It has only been one day. They will get back to you.
I hope so it's been 4 working days now and they got my order last Wednesday and still no tracking email :(
I had the same issue. I sent them an email Friday and got a tracking email later that night. Unfortunately, it's still sitting at label created. FedEx is still optimistic as it says it'll be delivering on Thursday the 23rd. I have my doubts.
