IV3 Brake pedal not responding

HI, I am having a problem with my inverted v3 pedals. The brake pedal was being very glitchy and it now has completely stopped responding. I greased it with the grease fanatec provides but doesn't seem thin enough to make it down into the seals. I seen other post of people saying wd40 works as well but this did not seem to help my problem either.

Could something have broke or is this just due to seals being dried out..

please help!

will pull the load cell and damper apart to grease seals if need be but don't want to go thru the trouble if its not necessary or if something failed internally.

drivers are up to date and clutch and throttle inputs work fine.
