CS Pedal V3 Inverted Brake rumble not working in test

Hi guys,

Not sure when this started to happen but I noticed my brake rumble hasn't been working/spinning after I moved the brake pedal to another position.

When I go to the test brake rumble, I can get it to occasionally work if I move the rumble spinner around but it's hit or miss. The gas rumble works every time. Could it be a wiring issue? Is it possible to replace it?
