Support Ticket
Hi, I need some help....
My new bought CSL Elite F1 Set does not work. After 10 hours of playing the WheelBase is not starting correctly.
After Power On it turns right, then left an after that the red light is blinking. I tried everything that I found on the Internet but it's still not working.
Now, I want to open a Support Ticket but can't register my Product.... the Page keeps saying that the Product was not found after entering the Serial Number....
This is frustrating....
Anyone has an idea?

Just to update, the support team contacted me after a half day and we tried several procedures to fix the Problem. After all, I had to send it in for repair. For me, the support team was super fast and after 12 hours with the Problem, they have tried everything. Now I’m waiting for the repair and to enjoy my wheel after it.
