Can this be repaired

Hi there,

I recently purchased a CSL elite for PS4 bundle and have a problem. A bolt snapped in the base and while trying to remove it the whole metal section that holds the bolt and threaded hole fell into the wheel base. Can I get an estimate of cost to repair this please. See picture for highlighted area that fell inside the base.
