Fanatec customer service getting better and better

I'm not sure if many have noticed the service and response seems to have greatly improved. I ordered some parts for Australia and they were delivered 3 to 4 days later! And, this is during an extreme lock-down in Melbourne where the Fanatec warehouse is located.

I also needed some replacement Potentiometers for my CSL Elite Pedals and the response was same day! The team who respond via email have been very helpful and friendly.

Particularly during Covid, this is impressive. Well done Fanatec!

    As for improved customer service time-wise let's hope that continues.

  • Totally I just ask them a few question about my card restriction on the page and they answer right away 2 times.
