How can I send wheel and wheel base in for repair

I recently broke the pins on two wheels and the wheel base now has the pin stuck in the hub. I am searching everywhere for information on who to contact and how to send in for repair. I tried to register my products on line and they were not found. I'm in the US and would like to see if there is a local support.
