Empty mail after submitting ticket for support

Hey,
I have submitted a support ticket past sunday and all I received is empty mail from "No reply" mail address, that is all. I would like to enquire whether people have received answers to their support needs after such event? When I submitted the ticket, I got confirmation on the web site that ticket is submitted.

Your support ticket is definitely on the system, and you should have received an automated message to acknowledge that (not just a blank one).
Have you checked your spam folder? Also, some email services also split the inbox into different tabs - if that's the case for you, please check all tabs as well.

Hey Dominic,
there was another thread where you had given same instruction and following that I checked my spam and additional folders, couldn't find a acknowledgement by Fanatec. But it's good to know that my ticket is in the system.
