Support is Unresponsive

I submitted a detailed ticket on 10/22 and have yet to receive a response. As someone who works in desktop support myself I find this to be ridiculous. I have been checking my Junk folder and Inbox every day.

I would very much like to get my warranty replacement or an upgrade to the 2.5 wheelbase ASAP... I trusted this brand to provide me quality for my endurance racing and league racing initiatives and now am feeling very let down.
