Why would you possibly want this button combo????

Please tell me why anybody would want the button combination of triangle & share on a PS4 CSL Elite wheel to change the mode of the wheel, when there is a perfectly good 'mode' button on the base itself? Countless times I have accidenttaly pressed this turning the wheel off in-game, particularly in ACC, where you have the in-game option to assign button combos. I like to use triangle as a modifier so I have more use of the mini joystick/dpad and other buttons with my left hand. Please Fanatec, disable this 'feature'. It is totally unnecessary and a pain in the a$$.

    Hi Ben,

    The button combo to change the mode is there because our other wheel bases don't have a dedicated mode switch button. Disabling this feature specifically for the CSL Elite bases adds extra complexity to firmware development, and could upset many customers who are familiar with it.

    If you used a different button as your modifier, you could avoid this issue.
