DD1 Wheel Base PS4/PC doesn´t work

Hi to all, yesterday after 3 moths without racing (last time the wheel Base works perfect) try to race and when i start the DD1 wheel base, the wheel screen start well but not the base screen...the DD1 base screen is dead, after that i have decided to update all firmware and reinstall to last driver but the base is still dead, no FFB, start the Fanatec config and it not recognized de DD1 Wheel Base, try to unplug and plug in diferent USB and tested in PS4 as well but still dead...i´m completely lost, i can´t understant how it is posible that if i do not have used during 3 months it can be damage, during this time it´s been disconnected from the electricity. here you can see some pics.

    There was a windows update recently that fucked a lot of people.

    Try unistalling and deleting everything from fanatec drivers.

    restart

    Download 380 beta, install and restart.

    laundh the fanatec app and flash everything like you were doing for the first time.

    This might help you.


    In the meantime create a support ticket through your account in fanatec's website under "my products" tab
