I have a handbrake connected to v3 pedals, but it seems to be acting as a button not analog. Any help?

More info please. In-game or in the Fanatec driver?
In the Fantec driver, after moving the HB through its full range once it should show analog output. If not, something is broken (assuming it's connected to the right port on the CSP v3).
