Values for CSL Elite pedals with loadcell

Hi all

I've just received my CSL Elite pedals with loadcell.

I mainly drive GT3, GTE & LMP cars in game.

I'm just looking to get the most out of them & improve my lap times.

Just enquiring what values can be used for the brake force value & what springs people use for the brake?

I think I went for the 85 springs with the orange rubber in the middle.

I understand it's personal preference but just after a little guidance.

Thanks

    Hi Chris,

Please check the Quick Guide (in the Downloads tab of the CSL Elite Pedals LC or Loadcell Kit product page).

Under step 6 there is a chart that shows the BRF range that we recommend with different elastomer springs.

If you are coming from a lighter pedal set, then it might make sense to start softer and work up to the harder springs as you get used to it. My opinion is that a stronger brake pedal is usually advantageous for lap time consistency (because it is easier to train your muscle memory). But it really is personal preference; ultimately it's about getting used to the characteristics through hours and hours of practice.
