CSL Elite F1 pedals not working
Just received my CSL Elite F1 set today. Fixed and set everything up, wheel works perfectly, but the pedals aren't detected at all? only when unplugging the RJ12 cable slightly then mixed input signals will show from handbrake, pedals etc.
-RJ12 cable connected to pedal input on wheelbase
-wheelbase and f1 wheel buttons, calibration and steering works fine (in wheel property manager and f1 2020)
-No wires squished underneath the pedal base
-pedals weren't connected to PC and wheelbase at same time, so no shortcircuit of PCB
-No adapter yet, therefore pedal hasn't been connected to PC for further testing
-No broken or bent pins on the wheelbase port, rj12 cable or pedal port
-support ticket already sent to Fanatec, but I live in a country which Fanatec does not ship to, therefore shipping it back just for repair will cost me a bomb (using forwarding service) and I don't have that amount of time
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance for even reading

Have you tried testing with another RJ12 cable? If so your best option is to wait for support to follow up.
